Elektromanyetik alan, Elektrik Alan ve Manyetik Alan bile\u015fiminden olu\u015fur. Elektrikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir cihaz, \u00e7evresinde hem elektrik alan hem de manyetik alan olu\u015fturur. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda cep telefonlar\u0131, sa\u00e7 kurutma makineleri, bilgisayarlar, televizyonlar, mikrodalga f\u0131r\u0131nlar, buzdolaplar\u0131 vb. gibi s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, elektrik enerjisi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan her \u015fey etraf\u0131na elektromanyetik dalgalar yayar.<\/p>\n

Stres, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131n\u0131n daralmas\u0131, kalp pilinin bozulma riski, kulak \u00e7\u0131nlamas\u0131, yorgunluk hissi, konsantrasyon bozulmas\u0131, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, i\u015fitmede ge\u00e7ici aksakl\u0131klar, sersemleme vb. gibidir.<\/em>
\nManyetik alan\u0131n kontrols\u00fcz ve uzun s\u00fcre\u00e7te insanlara etkileri ise ciddi boyutlardad\u0131r;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Beyin h\u00fccrelerinde \u00f6l\u00fcm ve beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc riski, beyaz kan h\u00fccresi (lenfoma) kanseri, kan beyin bariyerinin zedelenmesi, kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131, haf\u0131za zay\u0131flamas\u0131, kal\u0131c\u0131 i\u015fitme bozukluklar\u0131, embriyo geli\u015fiminin zarar g\u00f6rmesi,\u00a0<\/strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck riskinin artmas\u0131, kan h\u00fccrelerinin bozulmas\u0131…<\/em><\/p>\n

Neden Elektromanyetik Alan \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri Yapt\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yukar\u0131daki olumsuz sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek, elektromanyetik alan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yapt\u0131r\u0131larak ev, okul, hastane, i\u015fyerleri vs. yerlerdeki maruziyet seviyesinin belirlenmesi ve sonuca g\u00f6re \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereklidir.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda ofislerde, fabrikalarda vs.\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlarda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 elektromanyetik alan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi direktifi olan 2013\/35\/EU y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda bir zorunluluk olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bu y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi takip etmektedir.<\/p>\n

Elektromanyetik Alan (EMR) \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini Nas\u0131l Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131z hem T\u00dcRKAK kapsam\u0131nda hem de \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda elektromanyetik alan – emr \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinden yetkilidir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri, “\u0130nsanlar\u0131n Elektrik, Manyetik ve Elektromanyetik Alanlara (0 Hz – 1 Mhz) Maruz Kalmas\u0131 \u0130le \u0130lgili \u00d6l\u00e7meler ve Hesaplama \u0130\u015flemlerine Ait Temel Standard (TS EN 50413<\/strong>)” kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmekteyiz. Bu standart i\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personellerin maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 0 ile 300 Ghz frekans aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki elektromanyetik alanlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

EMA \u00d6L\u00c7\u00dcMLER\u0130 (EMA – EMR)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131z EMR \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini ortam veya ki\u015fisel maruziyet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri olarak iki ayr\u0131 \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmektedir.<\/p>\n

*Ki\u015fisel maruziyet elektromanyetik alan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinde; personelin yo\u011fun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlarda,<\/p>\n

*Elektromanyetik alan yayan bir cihaz\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in ortamda, cihaz \u00e7evresinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131zda; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131nda ortam \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikten sonra, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 raporlay\u0131p, ayn\u0131 zamanda raporda renklendirilmi\u015f harita \u015feklinde sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 sunma imkan\u0131 da bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ulusal Mevzuat\u0131m\u0131zda herhangi bir s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011fer bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Bu sebepten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc “Elektromanteyik alan referans de\u011ferleri ICNIRP (International Commission On Non\u2010IonizingRadiat\u0131onProtection-Uluslar aras\u0131 \u0130yonize Olmayan Radyasyondan Koruma Komisyonu) Klavuzu”ndan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olup tavsiye amac\u0131yla raporda sunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
